About the Role
As an Associate Director in FP&A, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting solutions, assisting clients with forecasting and budgeting processes, supporting interim FP&A leadership, and providing point-specific FP&A solutions. You will work closely with clients to improve their financial performance and align their operational models for growth.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting/investment banking and corporate FP&A roles.
- Mastery of financial modeling, including integrated, driver-based 3 statement models and 13-week cash forecast models.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance, specifically the relationships between financial statements.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Corporate Performance Improvement technologies (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting).
- Experience with Data Visualization & Analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx).
- Strong communication skills and ability to create compelling stories from data.
- Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location.
