Summary
Riveron is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Technical to join their team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on optimizing earnings and cash for public and private organizations through performance improvement services.
About the Role
As the Director of FP&A, you will execute project plans and deliver solutions across various FP&A domains, including performance visibility, financial planning, interim FP&A support, and decision support. You will collaborate with clients to develop forecasting and budgeting processes, implement planning technologies, and provide point-specific FP&A solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory, corporate FP&A, or business operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, or other coding languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
Preferred:
- Experience in conducting analysis of operational processes and performance metrics.
- Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling stories from data.
- Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location.
