About the Role
As a Senior Associate in FP&A, you will execute project plans and deliver solutions across various domains including performance visibility, financial planning, interim FP&A support, and decision support. Your responsibilities will involve developing reporting solutions, assisting clients with forecasting and budgeting, and providing specific FP&A solutions to enhance business performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory, corporate FP&A, or business operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python or other coding languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
Preferred:
- Experience in conducting analysis of operational processes and performance metrics.
- Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication skills to create compelling stories from data.
- Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location.
