About the Role

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will serve as the head of the Corporate FP&A team, managing two analysts and reporting directly to the VP of Finance. Your responsibilities will include modeling and forecasting future scenarios for the organization, owning the budgeting and variance analysis processes, mentoring your team, and driving process improvements through Workday Adaptive.

About You

Required:

5+ years of experience with FP&A and/or corporate finance.
1+ years of experience in a Healthcare organization.
Experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning.
Experience in financial modeling and budgeting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience working in a cross-functional team that influenced senior stakeholders.
