CJK Group, Inc. is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their finance team in Nashville, TN. The role involves ensuring accurate financial performance reporting, supporting forecasting, and creating executive dashboards.
About the Role
As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will build and maintain financial statement models, ensure compliance with GAAP, develop data tools and reports, design Power BI dashboards, support closing cycles, build budgets and forecast templates, deliver ad hoc reports, and improve systems for better accuracy and efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in financial reporting or a related finance role.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Strong data analysis and modeling skills.
- Ability to clearly present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience building reports in Jet or tools like Essbase, HFM, Microsoft BI.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards.
- CPA or similar certification.
