Summary
Komatsu is seeking a Financial Reporting Supervisor to join their team in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves leading and supporting the monthly consolidation and reporting of financial results for the Modular Technology Solutions division.
About the Role
As a Financial Reporting Supervisor, you will coordinate the financial close process, ensure compliance with US GAAP and/or IFRS, lead the consolidation of financial results, and produce reporting packages. You will also present financial results to leadership, support finance teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage a small team, and assist with financial planning tasks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Consolidations and Reporting under US-GAAP.
- Advanced MS Excel experience with complex formulas and functions.
- 1-3 years experience managing and leading people.
- High degree of collaboration and customer service orientation.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- 1-3 years experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system.
Preferred:
- Experience working with multiple currencies and in a multinational company.
- Experience with Business Planning Tools, like Workday Adaptive Planning, One Stream, etc.
- Experience using Power BI or Palantir or other data warehousing type systems.
