EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager for their Financial Services - Global Compliance and Reporting team, located anywhere in the country. The role involves leading tax processes and serving as a trusted advisor in compliance and advisory services.
About the Role
As a Tax Services Manager, you will direct and coordinate tax compliance client service delivery, manage a large team, and ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns and projects. You will also provide leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop team members while maintaining high-quality standards in tax work products.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
- CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven skills in developing employees.
Preferred:
- Experience with financial and tax applications such as GoSystems, CorpTax, Onesource.
- Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
