- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an office or client service environment, ideally in financial services.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with CRM software, document management systems, or scheduling platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
- Familiarity with financial services terminology or willingness to learn.
