As a Financial Services Representative II, you will be responsible for holding financial conversations with clients to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Your daily tasks will include performing teller duties, opening and maintaining various financial products, and identifying referral opportunities to other lines of business. You will also build client relationships through proactive measures.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 1-3 years Banking or related experience required.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective use of tact and diplomacy in client interactions.
Preferred:
- Experience with personal loans and financial products.
- Familiarity with bank regulations and compliance requirements.
