About the Role
As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you will consult on investment and insurance strategies, grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business, and own the client experience. You will acquire and maintain client relationships through business development and outbound calling, develop and implement financial strategies, and coach branch staff on investment opportunities. Regular communication with internal partners and adherence to regulations is essential.
About You
Required:
- University/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses required.
- Life and Health Insurance license required.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
