About the Role
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will start by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. You will learn to build and manage client relationships, assess their financial needs, and provide tailored advice. After demonstrating success, you will progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will deepen client relationships and advance within the company.
About You
Required:
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technology or applications.
Preferred:
- Bilingual Mandarin strongly desired.
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
