About the Role

As a Financial Strategy Analyst, you will contribute to the Corporate FP&A Team by owning analysis and presentation development, partnering with executive and peer finance teams, and executing financial planning activities. You will leverage financial modeling and systems knowledge to provide solutions, deliver outputs, and drive process improvements.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Markets, Economics, Management Information System, Business Analytics or equivalent field.
Progressive experience in corporate finance, planning, strategy, M&A, or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or related).

Preferred:

Master’s degree or CFA.
Experience in financial services or insurance.
Familiarity with corporate structure and enterprise level FP&A.
Experience in Power BI, Tableau or other similar visualization software, as well as FP&A tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion).
