About the Role
As a Financial Wellness Advisor, you will engage with members via phone, video, and digital communications to assess their financial needs and goals. You will educate members about credit union products, assist in expanding account relationships, and ensure member inquiries are resolved satisfactorily while adhering to credit union policies and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school education or GED required; some college preferred.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly across multiple software and hardware platforms.
Preferred:
- Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) certification within 12 months of being in the role.
- Strong desire to help others and solve problems with minimal supervision.
