- FIA Design certification.
- Major project design experience.
- Multi-discipline design experience.
- Experience of working within a building services environment.
- Experience of working with CDE’s.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an organised approach to managing workload.
- Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Technical/Engineering qualification.
- Experience of working with Revit.
- Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineer terminology.
