As a Fire Protection & OEM Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for advocating for customers, managing international orders, generating quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Territory Managers and the Export Coordinator to confirm pricing, delivery, and order details, while maintaining communication with customers and internal departments.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Ability to communicate directly with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
Preferred:
- Some exposure to international accounts is likely.
- Ability to speak more than one language is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software easily.
