About the Role
As a Standard Products Division Manager, you will lead operations for extinguishers and pre-engineered systems, supervise and mentor field technicians and managers, develop training programs, oversee projects and service agreements, ensure compliance with NFPA standards and OSHA safety, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to streamline operations and grow the business.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years in fire protection services (extinguishers/pre-engineered systems).
- 2+ years in leadership or operations management.
- Strong NFPA/code knowledge and project management skills.
- Proven success in developing people and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Preferred:
- P&L experience and software proficiency (Inspect Point, Microsoft Office).
