About the Role
As a Fire Sprinkler Installation/Retrofit Foreman, you will be responsible for managing the installation of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, conducting site inspections, and maintaining project records. You will work closely with site foremen to mentor installation teams, track project progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications and codes.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation.
- In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, installation techniques, and safety codes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fire sprinkler design plans.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driver record.
Preferred:
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
