Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Manager to oversee the management, operations, and financial performance of their Sprinkler department in Mansfield, TX.
About the Role
As a Fire Sprinkler Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of inspections, services, and installations within the fire sprinkler department. You will manage financial performance, communicate with management about growth strategies, ensure compliance with safety guidelines, and maintain staffing levels. Your role will also involve quality assurance, training field technicians, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in the Fire Life Safety Industry specifically within Fire Suppression.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- 3 years of professional computer skills.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with business intelligence systems, Sage 300 CRE, or similar.
