About the Role

As the Fire Testing & Certification Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth plan for the fire testing and certification segment. Your key responsibilities include leading launch planning, customer acquisition strategies, and pursuing organic investments and partnerships to accelerate growth. You will engage with manufacturers, code officials, and industry stakeholders to ensure successful service offerings are launched and adopted by customers.

About You

Required:

Demonstrated success launching and scaling new businesses with rapid, measurable impact.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, including opportunity identification, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
Experience with go-to-market strategy, early customer acquisition, and partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Materials Science, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Extensive experience in fire testing, fire engineering, or certification of fire protection products and systems.

Preferred:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional credentials.
Participation in US standards committees or code development processes.
