About the Role
As a Fiscal Manager, you will be responsible for daily bookkeeping functions, processing payroll, managing client billing, and handling accounts payable and receivable. You will also perform data entry for cash receipts, reconcile bank statements, and provide financial reports to firm owners. Additionally, you will coordinate with accountants and maintain a filing system for financial documents.
About You
Required:
- At least 2+ years' bookkeeping experience as a full-charge bookkeeper in a law or professional service firm environment.
- Successfully completed coursework in bookkeeping/accounting; an associate degree in bookkeeping/accounting is required.
- Experience with Tabs3 software or other accounting/billing system software and Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- A more advanced degree in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Knowledge of legal terms and law firm billing.
