About the Role
As the Fitness Software Integration Manager, you will oversee the bug screening process and integration testing of Fitness software components. You will collaborate with various teams to triage incoming bug reports, manage changes from engineering, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Your responsibilities include mentoring engineers, communicating project statuses, and fostering an inclusive work environment while leveraging automation and new technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in iOS Swift Development and/or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Experience leading cross-functional efforts in software development.
Preferred:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing.
