About the Role
As a Fixed Income Document Negotiator, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating legal trading documentation across various financial products. You will interact daily with Sales & Trading, Risk Management, Credit Risk, Legal, Operations, and clients, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures while managing multiple negotiations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ years’ experience negotiating trading documentation, particularly ISDA Master Agreements and/or repurchase agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Law Degree.
- Experience in an investment bank or law firm.
