About the Role
As the Fixed Income Documentation Negotiator - Americas Team Lead, you will oversee a team responsible for negotiating various trading agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements and Collateral Agreements. You will engage with Sales and Trading professionals, manage escalations, and drive the management strategy across negotiation and regulatory projects. Your role will also involve responding to negotiation-related queries and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in negotiating trading agreements with in-depth knowledge of their provisions.
- Extensive experience managing a team of document negotiators, including oversight and performance evaluations.
- Degree in law or business administration or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of underlying products traded and their negotiability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and comfort with technology, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
