About You
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles.
- Acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
- Three to five years of prior experience working in fleet management role.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Good decision and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand varying vehicle types and their intended uses.
- Knowledge or ability to learn applications and software programs designed for fleet management.
- Understanding of DOT and States Motor Vehicle regulations and Laws.
- Ability to evaluate the condition of a vehicle and make recommendations for repairs and/or replacement.
- Understanding of registration renewals.
