About the Role

As a Fleet Field Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to job sites to address mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for fleet operations. Your daily tasks will include diagnosing and repairing construction equipment and utility trucks, troubleshooting hydraulic systems, performing preventative maintenance, and completing necessary paperwork.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or GED and minimum 5 years’ experience in medium/heavy duty truck repair or similar fields.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
Ability to work independently and possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish.
Knowledge and experience with Ford Power Stroke and GM Duramax diesel engines.
ASE certifications / Air Conditioning 609 certification.
