About the Role
As a Fleet Operations Manager, you will coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of gas and diesel vehicles, oversee preventive maintenance programs, assist in vehicle acquisition specifications, develop training programs for fleet personnel, and prepare reports for management. You will also manage the vehicle wash facility and fuel system, ensuring efficient operations.
About You
Required:
- Extensive professional experience in fleet management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with three years of relevant work experience within the last five years, or a trade school certificate/associate's degree with five years of relevant work experience within the last seven years, or high school graduation with seven years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Certified in or ability to obtain within one year of employment, Public Fleet Professionals (CPFP) designation.
