About the Role
As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production flow. Your duties will include preparing plates, inks, and substrates, conducting quality checks, logging production data, and performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of press operator or printing-related production experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented to identify and address issues.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of press operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Mechanically inclined to understand press operation and maintenance.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple labels.
