About the Role
As a Float Branch Director, you will oversee and empower a team of clinicians providing personalized care, shape branch performance, ensure operational excellence, and maintain efficient office operations. You will also provide support to Clinical Managers and ensure compliance with health regulations.
About You
Required:
- RN license (either ASN or BSN)
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care.
Preferred:
- Five years of experience in leadership or business development.
- Current CPR certification.
