About the Role
As a Float Branch Manager, you will oversee small to midsize retail banking centers, develop effective customer outreach efforts, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will lead and motivate staff to meet sales and service standards, conduct coaching sessions, and maintain operational integrity while promoting the bank in the community.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous retail banking or retail sales management experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership ability.
- Thorough understanding of the requirements for a successful sales and service organization.
- High level of professionalism and ability to perform ethically in all transactions.
- Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of standing and continuous customer support.
- Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week, which may include weekends.
Preferred:
- College degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience.
