About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to assist and care for others.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and/or access to a reliable vehicle or transportation.
Preferred:
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
- Previous experience as a home health aide, caregiver, or in a similar role.
- Float Pool, agency, or contract experience.
- Understanding of basic healthcare practices, hygiene, and safety protocols.
