About the Role
As a Floor Lead, you will assist the General Manager or Store Manager in achieving sales goals and directing daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include training employees, ensuring customer service standards are met, managing inventory transactions, and maintaining product knowledge. You will also provide coaching and feedback to employees and support sales initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience.
- Proficient in POS Systems.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Sur La Table Sales Associate.
- 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
- Some experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- May require Food Handlers Certification.
