About the Role
As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for washing, sealing, waxing, and buffing all floors in the facility. You will maintain equipment, water and clean large plants, keep grounds clear of debris, and perform various maintenance tasks as assigned. This includes checking and replacing light bulbs, cleaning lint from dryers, and assisting with fire drills. You will also be responsible for cleaning windows and ensuring that supplies and equipment are used properly.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Training and/or expertise qualifying the individual to operate equipment and perform assigned duties within the nursing center.
