About the Role
As a Full Time Floor Technician, you will be responsible for vacuuming carpeted areas, spot cleaning and shampooing carpets, moving furniture to clean underneath, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, setting up and breaking down events, scrubbing floors and bathrooms, and following safety policies. You will also communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
About You
Required:
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Interpersonal skills for maintaining courteous relationships with residents and staff.
Preferred:
- Previous floor technician experience preferred.
