About the Role
As a Food & Beverage employee at Abe Martin Lodge, you will be responsible for serving in the Inn's dining facilities, handling all dining room and banquet culinary services for guests. Key responsibilities include banquet set-up, bartending, cashiering, hosting, bussing, cooking, baking, kitchen prep, dishwashing, and serving. You will ensure cleanliness and organization while providing excellent service to guests.
About You
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to take care of guests’ needs in a professional manner.
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Possession of an Indiana ATC Employee Permit to sell alcohol or ability to obtain one.
