About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for developing annual plans, managing product inventory and ordering, training team members, and ensuring budget compliance. You will lead the food and beverage team to enhance guest experiences and achieve key performance indicators.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- 5-7 years of culinary experience.
- 5-7 years of food and beverage management experience.
- ServSafe Certification is required (can be obtained within 90 days).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be decisive.
- Ability to motivate team members and work well in a team setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Preferred:
- Proven success in a high-volume concessions/food & beverage environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food cost, pricing, and profit margin analysis.
- Extensive management, training, and team member development experience.
- Experience in customer service and concessions/catering execution.
- Action-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude.
