About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service. Your duties will include providing leadership to staff, training new team members, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with gaming laws and company policies. You will also be involved in scheduling and maintaining a safe work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of food and beverage experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to supervise a department and provide input on hiring and performance decisions.
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card and a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial aspects of venue operations.
