You will also need to work independently, follow written instructions, and ensure safety in potentially slippery conditions.

Required:
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be capable of cleaning with chemicals using protective gear.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, leads, and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
- Must be capable of reading and writing in English.
- Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar environments.
- Familiarity with safety and quality compliance standards.
