About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Bakery Sanitation or Meat Sanitation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience directly leading salaried and/or hourly team members.
- Understanding of basic microbiology, OSHA compliance, food laws, pest control, HACCP, and baking industry technical procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals in English.
- Proficiency with all MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
- Experience with OSHA compliance, Food Laws, Pest Control, HACCP, and baking industry technical procedures.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
