About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Agricultural, Chemical, Food Science and Technology, Food Microbiology or similar).
- A minimum of 10 years of food industry experience with practical knowledge in food manufacturing and process safety.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. Food Laws & Regulations specific to food manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in food manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of thermal process calculations and aseptic processes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
