About the Role
As a Food Service Building Manager I, you will assist the Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Manager in managing food service operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to learn all aspects of the job and rotate workweek hours to observe all shifts.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in large volume food service operations, cafeteria-style, or multi-entrée services.
- Intermediate-level computer skills and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software applications.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members.
- Eligibility to meet work assignment requirements on specified contracts.
- Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings.
