About the Role
As a Food Service Technician II - Lead, you will lead, support, and coordinate the work of food service staff during daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with inventory management, preparing and serving food items, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and training new staff on procedures and safety practices.
About You
Required:
- Experience in food service, food production, or a related environment.
- Knowledge of food production, safe food handling practices, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to read menus, follow recipes, and complete required documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
