Children & Family Advocacy Center is seeking a Food Services Coordinator to join their team in Rogers, AR. The role involves managing the food services program to ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals.
About the Role
As a Food Services Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of food services within the residential program. Your responsibilities will include meal planning, food preparation, inventory management, budget management, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, engaging with residents about their dietary needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of the food services program.
About You
Required:
- Must possess a ServSafe certification or be able to obtain one within 30 days of starting employment.
- Proven experience in food service management, including meal planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
Preferred:
- Experience in a residential or nonprofit setting.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary needs, and food safety regulations.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
