About You
Required:
- Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality with a focus on food service or restaurant management.
- Food service supervisory experience required; at least two years experience in long term care preferred.
- ServSafe Certification for Managers.
- Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude.
Preferred:
- Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals.
- Public speaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based software.
