About the Role
As a Senior Foreign Military Sales Analyst, you will research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Army in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. You will review FMS cases for accuracy and appropriateness, coordinate with various military and governmental organizations, and mentor team members while applying advanced skills and technical expertise to develop innovative solutions.
About You
Required:
- Experience with FMS case management support
- Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
- Knowledge of the FMS process
- Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)
- Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW)
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in Security Cooperation or Security Assistance (SC/SA), or 10+ years of experience in Security Cooperation or Security Assistance (SC/SA) in lieu of a degree
Preferred:
- Experience at the component or headquarters level of a military service organization
- Knowledge of defense acquisition systems
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree
- Completion of the Defense Institute for Security Cooperation Studies (DISCS) or Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Training
