The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Foreman to join their team in Cypress, TX. The role involves leading a tree crew in performing tree pruning and removal services for major electric utility providers.
About the Role
As a Foreman, you will lead a 2-5 person tree crew, ensuring safe and skillful execution of tree pruning and removal services. Your responsibilities will include pruning treetops, repairing damaged trees, removing broken limbs, conducting job-site inspections, maintaining tools and equipment, and mentoring new employees.
About You
Required:
- Line clearance experience or other related tree work.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Commercial Driver's License-Class A or B with Airbrake Endorsement.
- Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law.
- ISA Certified Arborist®, ISA Certified Tree Worker®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional®.
