Human Services Administration Organization is seeking a Forensic Case Manager to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves providing direct and indirect services for individuals in the Criminal Justice System who are diagnosed with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.
About the Role
As a Forensic Case Manager, you will be responsible for independent assessment, monitoring, advocacy, and follow-up for a specified caseload as clients navigate the mental health and criminal justice systems. Your duties will include facilitating service planning meetings, ensuring cross-system coordination of services, advocating for clients, and assisting them in accessing necessary resources.
About You
Required:
Master's Degree and one year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs or involved in the criminal justice system, OR a Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience.
Possess Act 33 and 34 Clearances.
Valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle license and access to a personal vehicle.
Preferred:
Experience in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
