About the Role
As a Forensic Case Manager, you will be responsible for independent assessment, monitoring, advocacy, and follow-up for a specified caseload as clients navigate the mental health and criminal justice systems. Your duties will include facilitating service planning meetings, ensuring cross-system coordination of services, advocating for clients, and assisting them in accessing necessary resources.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree and one year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs or involved in the criminal justice system, OR a Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience.
- Possess Act 33 and 34 Clearances.
- Valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle license and access to a personal vehicle.
Preferred:
- Experience in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
