- Understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to adjust to field requirements and take independent action.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in managing crews in a similar environment.
