About the Role
As a Senior Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport materials, loading and unloading trucks, conducting equipment inspections, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will also mentor and train new forklift operators, support quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in forklift operation within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift certification and demonstrated proficiency with sit-down forklifts.
Preferred:
- Experience training or mentoring team members.
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse documentation.
- Strong understanding of safety, GMP, and quality compliance in a food production setting.
