About You
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10F to 100F.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work assigned shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills (scanner systems, data entry).
- Must follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Valid forklift certification or ability to be certified.
- Previous experience working in freezer or cold-storage environments.
- Experience with inventory systems / WMS.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments.
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to operate RF scanners / handheld devices.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers.
- Familiarity with FIFO inventory practices.
