Vallen is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team in Suwanee, GA. The role involves operating powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries in a warehouse or distribution center.
About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment, completing equipment logs, maintaining company forklifts, unloading and loading materials, preparing shipments, and assisting in inventory maintenance. You will follow established safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent coupled with 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
- Valid certification to operate forklifts or the ability to obtain such certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in loading, unloading, picking, packing, or moving goods in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency, including MS-Office products.
